GIRLS STARTERS GYMNASTICS - Ages 5 +
1 hour class, $83 per month
This class introduces gymnasts to the basics of gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment. Girls learn foundational skills on the balance beam, bars, floor, and vault while building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. This class is the perfect place to learn new skills, make friends, and discover a love for gymnastics! Located in the FLYERS and main gym.
BOYS STARTERS GYMNASTICS - Ages 5 +
1 hour class, $83 per month
Our Boys Introductory Gymnastics class introduces gymnasts to the basics of gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment. Boys develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while learning foundational skills on gymnastics equipment. This class is a great way to build confidence, learn new skills, and discover a love for gymnastics! Located in the main gym.
HYBRID - GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE - Ages 5 +
1 hour class, $83 per month
A beginner co-ed class for those who are looking for an introduction to floor, trampoline & Tumbl-trak. Strength and flexibility activities are included to improve basics for mastery of trampoline and tumbling skills.
NINJAGYMZ STARTER - Ages 5 +
1 hour class, $83 per month
Train like a ninja warrior in our NinjaGymz classes! An action packed program designed to encourage strength building, agility, and resilience. Facility includes warp wall, salmon ladder, cliff hanger, climbing wall, angle steps, and more!
